My objectives and missions still aren't working. I have seen that others were fixed, but I didn't hear how they fixed them. Do you guys know how to fix them?

I went on EA website Sun night to open a new case then few hrs later I went on my acct and saw that it had been fixed. Idk if they miraculously just decided to actually start helping customers in a timely fashion all of a sudden or maybe the problem corrected itself somehow but either way now I can finally get all the level up rewards I had been getting all year with no issues!
