the rest of the tokens can be bought in the Genki force shop for 90 GF tokens Up to 4 I think.

They don’t even want us to grind for a free card anymore like let’s stop at 91 and make them use stars in a store to get the rest

The last 4 upgrade tokens you have to buy with stars Currency. I had him almost fully upgraded when the message came in (now fully upgraded except for the 96). Even when he had only 4 tokens, by far best HB I ever used in Madden without using abilities or X-Factor. Hope downgrade is only 2, because then he is still worth it. Amazing card (at least for this week).
