Lineup Advice/Rate

Howdy y'all, I'm 2 weeks back in after having not played past few years, but played comp from 12-18

Here's the current squad:

I have about a mil in the bank and sold Lamar and Davante, neither impressed me.

Offense I mostly run shotgun or singleback and mostly tote, but also some west coast and a few home runs

Defense I exclusively run nickel and have Hendricks and Graham playing LB with Night Train in Slot

Rating? Who should I target? Who on my squad isn't cutting it? Where are all the good RB's?
