Not saying it will definitely work but you could try buying it and backing out before the pack opens. Pack results aren't set until it opens so you could buy one now and save it til part 2 drops. If thats a risk you'd take.
I would always try and finish most games but I grinded out bnd 96 D.k. Metcalf and in 3 games of mut champs he had 615 receiving yards, and 17 touchdowns on 36 receptions in short get D.k.

People make posts like this about cards all the time lol. You had a few good games with him, doesn't mean people should run out to buy him

yeah i mean he carried my team and is by far the best card i have minus ray lewis 96 (97 with chem) but I feel you I remember everyone at one point was talking about I forget what madden it was but it was a card of donald parham jr I think it was an 87 and it was early game and I got him and he was garbage for me.
I would like to also like to mention after five games total DK's worst game was a game where he had 2 receptions for 97 yards and a touchdown and his best he had 10 receptions for 243 yards and 6 touchdowns
