Is there any advantage in getting a Theme Team past 50? I could get Lions in every position, just not sure if there is an advantage.
nah theres really no reason cuz u don't keep getting attribute boosts
unless ur talking abt a theme team that can go to 70
Nah, just the Lions. Should let us get up to 70 - with Division Dynasty players or something. I hope they do Theme Team Remix again this year.

+1 for that. I've been scheming and intending to convert to full 50/50 49ers theme team, but my Niners squad is still feeling gimped, despite finally achieving max 50/50. Unfortunately, there hasn't really been a compelling reason -- especially not now that we're able to achieve 70/70 Superbowl squads. I got a little overly hyped about the Superbowl, only for Kyle BananaHands to choke... yet again. Oof.
Really hoping for another cycle of Theme Team Remix. Glad they took Legends theme team out, however EA managed to make it worse by offering a revolving door of flavor of the week theme teams, uggh.
Yeah, must be rough having everyone running the 49ers/SB team. I hate playing against the Lions even in this game - lol. I used to quit rather than play against them. Then I realized some people were not even fans - I told an opponent who was rocking the Lions jersey and a few Lions players - “One Pride“ after a game and he said F&$%# the Lions - lol.

Ya, it's a little bizarre, for sure. I used to feel terrible about playing against other Niners fanbois, before quickly coming to the same realization that you encountered. Feels kind of nerdy to say "bang bang" to someone (or "one pride") only to be met with crickets, or some other odd reaction. Then there's the folks who will come out wearing something liek fEagles home uniforms and we'll be playing in Cowboy Stadium. I tend to forget that not everyone is into football.
One of my best friends from high school is a die-hard Lions fan, so I grew up within close proximity to much Barry Sanders stuff. Trying to make sense of this stuff can be a maddening experience, heh.
