On defense I run about a 60/40 or maybe even 70/30 Man/Zone scheme out of the Chiefs SB playbook.
Nickel Over is my bread and butter with Ronnie Lott at SUBLB1, and either MCS Parham or SB Chuck Howley in the box with him at SUBLB2.
I will mix in 43 Even 6-1 if my opponent runs a lot and/or play action passes a lot.
Big Nickel Over G and Dollar both have some uses, too.

I also have a Light It Up token on Lott for the ratings boost. I took it off Howley since I have not needed a MLB on the field as much. I keep playing against kids who never run the ball.

Free PA on all starting secondary.
Deep Route KO on Ji-Ayir Brown (in addition to PA) for 1 AP. Kam plays in the box with MCS Parham.
Stonewall on Dre Greenlaw for 0 AP.
Secure Tackler on Leo Chenal for 0 AP.
No Outsiders on Bosa and Too Tall, who are my ends in base packages and against opponents who run a lot, for 1 AP each.
Goal Line Stuff on Vita Vea for 0 AP.
Inside Stuff and Double or Nothing on Sapp, who plays 4 downs, for 2 AP.
Defensive Rally and Double or Nothing on Chase Young (RRE1) in addition to the Blitz Light It Up for 3 AP total.
El Toro and Double or Nothing on George Karlaftis (RLE1) in addition to the Unstoppable Force Light It Up for 2 AP. total.

Alright alright alright. Idk why I keep updating this, but f it. I've come this far. But it sounds like SB TT will be no more soon with no more AKA Crews players getting the chem, so no more updates from here. It went out with a bang with the triplets, though! I was able to squeeze them in and pick up Bam Bam Kam to complete the squad.

I may look at trying to squeeze HEEEAAATH in here, but I may not. I'd love to find a way to not have to sub in Seumalo and Havenstein, and would like to incorporate Whitworth, but it's not a priority. Loving the way this team plays.
