This has become a bit ridiculous all the sudden in season 5. Are we back to Madden 19 where if you don’t Tyler Locket and collapse while catching it’s gonna be a light up knock out?

That doesn't even help.
Knockouts have overpowered Possession catch attempts .
Really wish they'd get rid of that Trashcan promoting Ability.

It’s so bad man…..can make A great throw and catch to an open wide receiver and here comes some dude from 4 steps away, touches me with his hand, and my player explodes and drops the ball.

Some players like Heinz ward have an ability to overcome hit-sticks (Tank).
I am new to using abilities.
I haven't checked if this ability counters knock outs.
Has anyone tried Tank?
And yes, you guys are 100% correct...the knock-out ability is too much!

I have caught the ball so many times and it appears that my player has taken a couple steps, then it is knocked out as if it is incomplete rather than a fumble.
And some of the time it is a minor brush-against my receiver and it still knocks the ball out.
And some of the time it appears that the defender doesn't even touch my receiver and it gets knocked out!
