I would hate to play against you. I was playing champs last night on a 10-3 run, then I started playing people with 2-3 D-line x-factors + angry runs Bo. Ended up 13 - 12.

These are essentially the same ability, choose whichever fits your squad or costs less. I'm still running Warren Sapp and big George, one of each, both 1AP.
