Won 30 games of House Rules and got the 95 Fitzmagic NCAT. He’s got gunslinger for 5 ap, but added this card to his PU and can’t get gunslinger until 99 OVR. Am I stupid and that’s how PU’s work or is this a mistake? Super lame either way.

that happened to me one time with brady but its because you have to put gunslinger in one of the last slots
Look at any of the tier 2, 3, or 4 ability buckets. All of those are available to get Gunslinger for 5 AP.
yeah the special thing about the cards is the abilitys. they go away when you power up. also a little tip 5ap is normal for gl so i would do protected or ple.
