I am not saying that everyone gonna get a free Kelce, but the fact that y'all think them posting a card 4 hours ago will somehow negate the previous 12 hours or whatever it was is hilarious. Use your brain.

Use your brain… EA can just say it’s extremely rare, and the fact that it was bought and sold proves its existence. Timing is not of the essence here.

If they say that nobody will buy shit ever again. Wouldn't be worth the loss for them.
They clearly cannot smh. Y'all can't be this stupid. The card was advertised as live what, 12+ hours before the sale? There's nothing that's ever been so rare that only one was procured in such a broad amount of time, especially with thousands (atleast) of ppl trying to get it.
The posting of the card (and I do think that was EA) is clearly a test run of some sort. Maybe it's them trying to set the market for the card when it does start getting pulled. But the fact that y'all think it's their idea to get out of giving 'make-rights' (and LORD do I hate that term) is hilarious.

They do not have to release the odds, all they needed was proof that it exists, they got it. In older MUTs there were numbered cards x/100, sometimes it would take months before all of them were pulled. Dont be naive, they can do whatever they want and people will still stupidly buy packs.

The irony in you typing THAT sentence, when you think that them posting one card is their big plan to get out of giving make-rights lmao. Can't make this shit up.
hell, if i dont get him for free just gives me another excuse to quit the game and move to just grinding nba……i only spent 400k or so in my “search” for kelce last night and i got back at least 500k in cards
They could say he was pulled and like other limiteds this season had the dreaded BND designation they fixed it this morning and boom now he’s actionable

Exactly, they'll just not grant one if that's what they want to do. They def aren't sitting there scheming up some 4d chess BS to try to falsify proof with 1 single listing/sell to point to that it was in packs all along so they don't "have" to grant them.

The irony is, you hoping for a handout from one of the worst rated companies of past 2 decades, it ain’t coming chief.
And no, that’s an extremely lazy yet effective play by ea. Unless ea comes out and admits that they fucked up (doubtful) there is no possible way to prove that homie wasn’t in packs.

Actually, there doesn't need to be the type of "proof" you are referring to.
In the past (many times, actually), the lack of pulls has been enough to be considered "proof". And to avoid regulatory problems, EA has offered make rights.
There have been a grand total of 3 pulled/sold according to MUT.gg's price tracker. The odds of this happening are so low if the card was in packs in any capacity are so small the it would be enough to be "proof".
The odds that these 3 cards were either not actually pulled but were planted by EA or were used as a test scenario by EA, are MUCH greater than the alternative.
I don't think EA will take the chance . I think their legal team will determine that some form of make right has to be issued

When H2H glitch was happening, people theoretically lost millions of coins, as well as ability to play the game as intended, what did ea do? Gave people 100-300k lol, unless new legal team was hired, they still clearly don’t give a fuck.

I'm not saying the make rights will be good....but they will do something to cover themselves
