When Free Agents come out, will the players have chemistry for all 32 Teams?

in previous years a few select champion cards did get every team chem

the non Ltd champions last year had all chems

That would be cool. If there are limited licenses that would allow more flexibility for theme teams. And once they are a free agent, they could sign with any team, so it makes sense to give them all 32 team chemistries.

Last year some free agents had 32 team chem. Jamel Dean was one of them. Tony Pollard another. Odell Beckham another.
