When will captains get their next upgrade?

I feel like I've had captains Eric Berry and Ronde Barber maxed out at 94 or 95 for a month. Has EA said when they will be able to be upgraded to a higher overall?

Don't think we have any word from EA about when the next upgrade will be. Hopefully, tomorrow when toty goes live but I kinda doubt it because they've been ignored for so long.
