yep that’s what i opened, any pack that should have the chance to pull him will count. coins, money or training. shouldn’t matter

yep. literally so many people in his card comment section either laughing at those who thought they’d get a make right or mad because we didn’t get one. 

patience my friends. and again, it really shouldn’t be the 96. this was not the card advertised. if they follow what they always have, should see the 99 roll out for free in the next week or two

You can’t please everyone. But how would you please people that spent millions, finally pulled him, only to have his value drop to a rental because everyone else got him for a gold pack price. No one is getting the 99, this is nothing like the Ridley debacle where he was in packs when he was suppose to be, they just didn’t take down the advertisement after he was out, or the bs 1-300k “make rights” of not being able to play counted h2h.

A) EA probably never intended this to be a 6 mil coin card in the first place. Clearly their entire execution of the release of this card was off.

B) EA really doesn't care about if someone's card value sitting in their binder tanks and honestly, they shouldn't have. No one guarantees that a value is going to stay the same.....

C) More than this, what i someone bought it for 6.5 and now everyone gets some sort of makeright ...you would have to in that case do something to compensate for paying 6 mil for a card. I've seen this and EA ends up NOT doing anything for those that bought high....but I do think this card is different - 6 mil is too much to ignore

There is a difference between subjective evidence vs objective, you seem to blur the lines in your opinion favor. It doesn’t work this way in casinos, which is what this is. If you slide your dollar in for a chance at a million dollars, and at the time that option was not in play due to an error, it does not make you automatically entitled to the jackpot.

it is also basic consumer rights. it is a federal law. If something is falsely advertised, regardless of the price of the card, it has to be rectified. EA have tweeted they’re looking into it and will provide some sort of make right. 

me saying we may get the 99 is based on what they have done every single time this has happened regardless of the name, position, price. I also clearly stated we will see what they will do in my OP.
