What combination of abilities make up Unstoppable Force and/or Colossus?

I've been trying to research the differences between these two abilities (Unstoppable Force & Colossus).  Does anyone happen to have a resource with actual detailed, database level info on how these abilities work, their triggers, et cetera?  I wasn't able to find either listed here: https://www.abilities.fyi/abilities

Perhaps because the site is old, or operating off some outdated gameplay information?  Or what am i missing here?  In the past, it was an obvious choice, as Colossus was 0AP... but now that both are 1AP, which is superior?  And more importantly, why??  Inquiring minds want to know.  Thanks in advance, for anyone who can help compile this data.  Of course I'm also open to any anecdotal style evidence if you want to share your personal experiences with using either ability.  Appreciate you all... well, most of you.

I'm leaning towards Unstoppable Force (on both Sapp & big George) at the moment, but I'm lacking the data to inform my decision.

EDIT:  And what i mean by research would be similar to this great thread, with discussion surrounding Edge versus Secure Protector.

I don’t have any research but Im 99% sure that they are the same except from colossus is still dominant in double teams, and unstoppable isn't

Colossus is dominant against double teams, UF is against single.  I use both on my dline.

Colossus is better to use if they cost the same. It works against double teams whereas unstoppable force could be stopped by double teaming the guy who had it

No worries, that's why i also included the little tagline at the bottom, regarding how i'd be absolutely open to anecdotal experiences and/or personal impressions.  I've been using both, but was wondering if i should adjust now that both are 1AP.  For the time being, i guess i'll just leave Sapp with UF and George with Colossus.

Although, i'm seriously considering trying to revamp my entire defensive philosophy.  It won't be long before everyone figures out how truly important and vital Secure Protector is to run across the entire O-line.  However, i'm still only at x4 SecurePro myself, still working to apply the full monty.

Well then, when in Rome... i liek your style.  I will almost certainly continue doing exactly that, one UF (Sapp) and one Colossus (George).  You da man, appreciate the response.

Thank you so very much for helping to confirm my suspicions.  I've heard random people mention lately stuff liek "UF is better" (than Colossus), which really did not compute in my dim brain, because i've been operating under the assumption that they're nearly the same ability, but one has a slight advantage.  I was hoping to be able to take a brief deep dive into the abilities database to find out for real.

After finding out what i already suspected on O-line blocking abilities (i.e. SecurePro versus EdgePro) i wanted to repeat that same level of detailed research on D-line abilities.  So much to learn, not feasible given in-game limitations, heh.  The descriptions aren't particularly helpful -- heck, half the time they're not clear at all and only confuse and confound us, the player.  At least that's been my experience.  Thankfully i've got all of YOU here in this wonderful MUTgg community.  No cap (as the kids would say these days), i'd have without a doubt thrown in the towel many months ago had it not been for the engaging and lively debates here to keep things interesting.  And to challenge the often ridiculous statements i tend to make or to correct the gaping holes in my MUT knowledge.

Haha no problem. I really wish EA would give us more than like 7 words describing what each ability/xfactor does. Like for example linchpin only affects run blocking but it doesnt say that in the description. but I guess that’s asking too much from ea

Ya, communication is hard. Caring about your job has got to be even harder, couldn't imagine suffering through EA Tiburon. I'm convinced anyone with half a brain fled that place many moons ago. Oof.

Just now occurred to me... If protected is on does that mean you dont need secure protectors and/or if linchpin is on you don't need nasty streaks? Is it a waste of AP not to just pick one or the other?

I don’t think linchpin/protected work the same as secure/edge pro, I think they just are more likely to win blocks
