I have just noticed that Raffles are only for people living in the United States, not anyone in another country, does this also apply to Auctions?

That more applies to merchandise we have to ship to you, not for electronic content delivery like MUT items.

You can't post auctions here on the site. You would use the auction house in the game. These are cards that are given to us from EA to give out that we can auction off.
