Certainly usable now, but only as a deep SS. The lack of Speed boosts makes him less useful as a sub-LB/user to me. I have 99 Speed Chuck Howley with free Pick Artist and Universal Coverage at sub-LB next to Patrick Willis. I'm good there.

For sure. I'm using Bo and Simmons as a user (may move to Simmons and Willis).
