I have 1.296k coins. I have no free players upgraded at all, literally nothing. So can someone tell me what challanges to do a bulid me a viable lineup.

Just threw this together. Line is super solid and cheap, can use them for a long time.
Under the 1m mark so if you dont want to use this season freebies you can (left boselli/mays out on purpose and put in the 2 freebies from leveling) in or swap for a bit more expensive pieces.
Probably could also make some of the cheaper sets and sell the main piece for profit and keep the nats back as well but didnt put THAT much thought into it. Im sure you could get several better pieces from Thanksgiving, Most feared, etc.
