Not sure exactly what I need to learn

I'm pretty well versed at playing Madden. Been playing for years. MUT is something I picked up and fell in love with over the last 3 seasons. I've come to realize that I could be so much better at playing H2H and championship games if I could learn the "abilities " and "x-factors" systems better.  I guess I never really understood just how important they are to stepping my game up to the next level. Can anyone help beat into my head just how significant it is and what I should be trying to accomplish with these systems? 

My teams a 94ovr with several 98 and 97 over player's. When I think about  xfactors and abilities I just don't have enough knowledge or experience.

The best X factors are ones that either stay on all game such as Bo Jackson angry runs or Warren Sapp unstoppable force, or ones that go on and off like Madabeast unstoppable force. RN the ones that go on and off are more affordable like the aka crew cards. but ye it's kinda confusing trying to navigate the players on here and finding X factors. 

for the abilities using inside stuff and secure tackler are good for run , zone kos and pick artist for dbs. use secure protector on o line to combat unstoppable force d-lineman, and use set feet lead and giftwrapped on ur QB. There's so much other shit I cant really type it all on here but ye just try some of those out and you'll be way better
