Can't add 95 TOTYHM to Sets

For some reason, even though I have several 95 TOTYs available, I can't add them to the champion sets....any ideas why?

Did you spent training on them for team chem?

Bnd 95's from toty field pass or challenge?

only 1 was bnd, the rest are normal

bNDs can’t be added. Be Sure the auctionable ones are fully downgraded
