should i change my secondary?

been thinking of selling surtain and Ji’Aiyre brown (both have been great) but moving to a full midzone and deep zone secondary. please give me your thoughts on this move! 

I would have this set up:

(Sell Ji’Aiyre and move Derwin from CB to SS) Derwin James SS with Reinforcement (gives me all zone KOs), PA, Midzone 0AP

Justin Simmons FS with Deepzone and midzone 2AP

(Sell Surtain buy Ifeatu) Ifeatu Melifonwu CB1 Deep out and midzone 2AP

(need to buy Jones too) Reshard Jones CB2 Deep out and midzone 1AP

Sauce Gardner CB3 midzone and PA for 0AP

Herb Adderly CB4 (Dollar) midzone and PA for 1AP

Do you have a LIU Present token? Does Brown? I think he's to good to give up, Reinforcement + Deep Zone + PA for 2AP is essentially ALL KOs plus fantastic against outside runs and RPOs.

That being said, I love where your head is at... Mid Zone KO is super underrated and tends to be a little glitchy, activating way more than I think it should.

Sauce is THE perfect Slot Corner. At the moment I'm still using Jaire Genki with UC which only takes a couple plays to activate, giving me tons of flexibility to Man up Slot2 corner... but I'm still missing Mid Zone from both Safeties, which is a bummer. Good luck, love your defensive philosophy. How many D-line X-factors are you running? Not sure how long before I remove Sapp (UF) or George (Colossus), still not seeing many Secure Protectors. Someday I'll revert to using all three X-factors on my DBs.

Reshad Jones is a star, very underrated when he came out definitely get him involved it that. He’s constantly making plays for me.

Unfortunately I'm not able to get him. I have a difficult time fielding a competitive squad without AH access, uggh. Otherwise I would have gladly purchased him for 700-800k right when he dropped. People snoozed on that elite ability stack. I need some DB upgrades myself. Happy I got Sauce and Fred from TOTY. Rest were mostly meh.

I like the concept. A secondary like that is going to be tough to pass against. My main concern with this would be the lack of pick artist on half of your secondary. Interceptions are the one thing I value more than incompletions. And my DBs with pick artist get a lot more of those than the ones without it. But maybe you can mitigate this with high catch ratings and clicking on. I'd probably still be willing to give something like this a shot though with how strong it would be.

Woodson that dropped today has great abilities and SS and FS secondary positions you would need to get two UL 94s one Woodson without the AH which would be a challenge though. I am playing the old gen game on current gen console because EA won’t let you transfer it  so I get feeling at a disadvantage but mine is not as major as yours EA just handicaps our abilities and our AH much less people so way fewer cards and higher prices.

Get Jones asap he’s a baller and would fit your general Idea to a T

craziest thing is simmons is ALWAYS picking balls off for me and he has no pick artist. he reacts the zones so fast and has good enough catch to pick it off anyway

i don’t want to use an x factor on him. derwin is crazy with his and i love having sapp and karlafis paired with donald. lets me run dollar and still get crazy pass rush

I'm doing the same, three D-line X-factors felt overkill, one wasn't enough because people could simply double team... for now I'm sticking with this.

I guess I'm probably going to replace Ronnie Lott FS with Simmons, I really miss having Mid Zone on one or both Safeties. Really helps defend via Double Mabel, I tend to drop a Safety into Hook or Curl Flat, often set to 15-20 yards.
