normally i come back for rookie premiere. i’ll sell off my team when i retire then come back for RP and set up for the next madden

That’s exactly what I do. I only played comp pass to get Jefferson won 10 games then did solo challenges. I have a 50 SB team and 25 combine. 

Everything is about abilities at this point so it’s hard to use a theme team that’s not a promo team because you end up not having the abilities you need to compete.

The weekly and sometimes daily challenges feel like a chore. 

Wish xp was granted for all on-field actions (TD, INT, sacks, etc) rather than a predetermined list each week.

I usually quit around this time. Might jump on right quick for Draft cards but that's about it for me

I don't see much love left, what was a bad year, for my Broncos anyway.

I tried (side account) to do this after losing my auction house privileges, which do not appear to be coming back... ever.  Just do not have another grind in me, not to mention the rewards for a true NMS account are hardly worth me starting all over, uggh.  I doubt i'll move on from the Superbowl theme team for a while (if ever), but prefer to continue TRYING to improve my full 50/50 Niners squad.  For the time being, i'm holding out hope that there's more Theme Team Remix promos coming this year.  I want to have a reason to convert to my legit 49ers TT, but i just feel too disadvantaged without KOs all around (and D-line X-factors).  PLEASE, give me a darn reason to try an actual theme team.  Oof.

I really, really enjoy the team building aspects of the game, but there's just too much buggy ass shit to want to start all over.  Not to mention, suffering through all the slow ass MUT menus in between various challenges and those extremely short game modes is getting unbearable.  Hoping for warmer Spring weather in the coming months, if all else fails, i'm looking forward to Elden Ring DLC in June... just need to break this MUT habit.  I'd prefer to casually drop in and out and enjoy a little competition here or there, but my obsessive-compulsive personality type doesn't seem to allow for me to take a step back.  I tried quitting (twice) already, but only lasted 4-5 days each time... after which, i just felt liek i was falling behind.  However, i know exactly what OP meant.

Last week after TOTY dropped, i was a bit disgusted by the game, basically finished my Dailies and just logged out, similar to what you said you've been doing.  If the Superbowl Run game mode did not exist, i'm not sure what i'd even play.  H2H and MUT Champs are kind of boring and Angry Runs Bo opponents with dual Vanguard is getting annoying AF. 😡  We need more Secure Tacklers for 0AP.  Don't make me choose between catching (LurkArtist) or tackling, uggh.  These are PRO athletes.

The lack of a good promo is increasing this feeling AKA Crews was going strong till the last two weeks now we have no good promos to pump out good cards. I sold of Super Bowl because I get bored of the same stuff quick and I would rather have a worse team then have to keep finding ways to keep the 70 needed for that. It boils down to this when they killed off the Super Bowl chem it made it the same stuff with nothing new and they didn’t give one ToTy to replace it.

I admire your passion for football and creating line ups. No auction would drive me insane as I like using my favorite players over the meta.

I'm absolutely sick of it. This has been the worst MUT in a long time. I really hope EA can figure something out when it comes to all these abilities and x factors, they are destroying this game. Nobody even cares about new cards, they only care about what abilities the card gets. Why the fuck would anybody want to play a game where cards are useless unless they get certain abilities? Stop with the ability garbage already and just make the cards do what they should be doing in the first place. Seriously, i'm like 90% done with this shit game. I'm holding out to see the Easter promo but idk. I know it will suck but i just want to see what garbage they put in eggs

I dont think he feels ashamed, but I do agree with what you said. If youre young and work full-time, and you want a spouse, well... stay at home and save and wait to move in with your spouse. Or, wait until you have a sizeable down payment for yourself.  Depends on your job and income as welll.

Prices are high, and it can't really get any better in most places/locations unless you're looking in rural areas.  For one, fed reserve cant drop interest rates because of inflation. And, when they do cut interest rates, the demand for homes will skyrocket, so the asking price of the home go up because of bidding wars and demand, which will off-set the interest rate cut effect on your payment. You'll be paying less interest, but same monthly payment. 

Most would be best served staying at home and saving money as long they can, then finding the right deal and time to buy. Can't go wrong saving.

bro the house market in the US is even cheaper than New Zealand. Where i live it is really really bad, now days you need about 150k down payment to live anywhere decent, and the price of renting is between 200-300 per week. impossible to save up 150k when you’re spending 200-300 on rent alone per week minus food and other expenses! 

but i will figure it out for sure. moving to australia as i have a job lined up with a much higher salary, the goal is to get a house within the next 5 years. wish me luck
