Best blocker to put at FB

93 Monday Mixup Vita Vea with Vanguard on him..Explosive..picks up the big block every time.

AKA Heath Miller with vanguard AKA factor. Best in the game by far. Vanguard is on a good chunk of the time

But vanguard does not automatically activate on Vea. It does on Heath

Penn if you have all his tokens and use all i want is speed maxed out.

Tbh I don’t even notice if it’s on or not , I’m my experience he’s never missed a block. I will consider picking up Heath.

Best FB's are 94 Alstott and 91 Ricard. Good speed and high IBL.

Best TE's at FB are probably OOP Suggs and Gronk since Gronk gets free Vanguard.

IBL is what you want to prioritize with FB's because it increases pancake chances. Run blocking really doesn't matter that much since it's almost always just IBL instead of blocking for an extended period of time.

I personally use Gronk, the free Vanguard is really good.

As far as True FBs, Ricard is the best I have blocker I have used. Division Dynasty Gilliam is probably next, then Ghost Keith Smith

Doesn't Gronk's Vanguard deactivate? And doesn't it take some requirement to turn on?

Heath Miller's just automatically comes on after a couple of plays. And he's faster.

Without abilities  the best blocking TE  is probably Marcedes Lewis. He's the only TE in the game with >= 90 RBK, 80 IBL and 80 LBK

Ricard or Burton depends if either fall into your TT.

Honestly I've been using 90 over Ingold and he has been amazing. I've tried TEs and even alstott and they never have a good enough lead block stat to block the person they are supposed to...

Any player with Vanguard ability, typically someone liek Heeeath Miller (X-factor starts ON, but cycles on/off all game), or Bo Jackson TE (this Combine X-factor takes 9 plays to charge up but remains ON rest of the game), things of that nature.  If you can't get the Vanguard situation going, perhaps Honorary Lineman ability would suffice.  In lieu of those actual abilities, weight seems to matter an awful lot in blocking calculations this year.  So anyone that's 300+ pounds, heh... thinking Vita Vea, who clocks in at a whopping 347 pounds.

If you need team chems, that complicates things slightly... but TEs work extremely well, Vanguard will often dish out pancake blocks, sometimes as many as 2 or 3 defenders, PER PLAY.

I've been using Heeeath since the day he dropped, he's still my TE2 for those HB Stretch plays, ensuring i get to the sideline.  He's also fantastic without Vanguard ability, but that's next level, almost unfair, especially paired with Angry Runs X-factor on your RB.

this is the only correct answer. he’s a dawg at FB. also play him at TE2 as i want a quick TE who can juke as my primary. he enters the line of scrimmage when it’s a 2 TE formation, otherwise he’s a FB for me in any single TE formation
