How do you stop heavy blitzes

I have a 95 OVR team and win the majority of my games, but recently I’ve been getting blitzed hard and non of my o-line can seem to make any difference what so ever, even with holding my TE and RB and double teaming. With QB Bo throwing inaccurates 50% of the time while under pressure it’s hard to run actual plays on offense. Any ideas on how to fix this and give yourself some more time in the pocket?

1. If you aren't running an elite oline then you need to get a qb who has good TUP and sell bo asap.

2. Make sure you are Id'ing the mike and sliding your line accordingly

3. Learn to run a strong close formation, as it as some good passing plays and the additional protection if having an FB in the backfield to block can work wonders and increase the time you have to throw.
