Has really been struggling for me. I run him in the slot with mid zone KO and pick artist on him. He’s been getting torched by corner routes, like completely out of position. I’ve had cb Moss there and he has played well, not sure why there has been a drop off with a “better“ card.

best way to defend corner routes is a 20-25 yard cloud flat from your outside corner. If you try to cover it with a curl flat defender they won't get wide enough.

Oh agreed, but Moss would be in position to undercut those routes, where as Sauce just isn’t.

can't explain why but I don't think sauce is the problem, I use him in the slot, cover 2, 3 ,4, 6 he intercepts anything near him, and has even jumped bubble screens. I haven't used a curl flat to cover a corner route all year and I've intercepted 95% of corner routes people try to throw. If you cover corner routes first it'll eliminate almost everyone who isn't a decent passer. Everybody that sucks at passing, their go to is to throw corner routes.
