Are 96 UL's worthless for endgame?

I run a Commanders theme team, and they really dropped the ball on that 96 Sean Taylor card. 97 speed on maxed TT, while others 96 cards could hit 99 speed maxed.

Is this most likely the final card he gets for the year? I barely got him to 98 overall with strats and such. Older MUT's it was much easier to hit 99 on most stats, even with a 96, esp. if it went into a powerup.

Seems like all we got left is Sugar Rush, Draft, GT's and rookie premieres. And I doubt anyone will waste building a GT on a ST.

Sucks Sean T got one so early in the UL program.

I think because of how good he could have been(rip) he should get a 99 question is when

Normally id say unlikely but with how often cards are getting recycled this year wouldnt surprise me if they had him in another promo. Got sugar rush, ring of honor, backyard ballers possibly, draft, maybe they throw in another random promo. Its possible.
