I only see one for 16 tokens and one for 64 tokens. The 16 token one says its a lower 90s ovr one and it cant be the 64 token one for obvious reasons lol what am i missing?

If you have 54/64 there was a glitch the one week where if you finished the challenges you didn’t get the x10 token reward. They sent out a Make right and then still had it glitched out where you could do the challenges again to get another 10. So if you didnt do that you won’t have enough yet

Mine says 96-97 OVR Epic UL FP Token Exchange, I believe you found it. 64/64 tokens.
Getting that new Ed Reed? If you're short tokens, you probably got screwed out of the makerights. Not sure if it's too late now, but try replaying an early round of UL Challenges, hope it comes through. Thankfully I got my missing 10 tokens, I believe from logging in and playing those solos.

Yeah I am totally lost on how this was supposed to be rewarded or is currently being rewarded but Ive received several 10x packs, in fact the very last available mission or series of 7 missions, gave me a 10x pack a few hours ago. So is that what we‘re supposed to be rewarded with and getting 1x a few times was the mistake?. Or are we supposed to be getting 1x at a time and getting 10x is the mistake?
