I like chase bc he benefits the entire d line. No blocker resistance  means faster shed animations and higher win chance. 
 

if you have another d like X factor, Karlaftis might be the move

Karlaftis has the most powerful defensive ability in the game,  especially fire pass rushers

I've seen him beat linemen with SP so IMO Karlaftis
