Putting MUT down for good

So I sold my team off and Quicksold a bunch of cards leaving me at 5m in coins and 2m in training for packs later in the year. Long story short I just dropped 1m in training and 1m in coins into packs and didn't even pull anything above an 88.... I'm in EARLY ACCESS for MLB The Show 24 and already have an 88 OVR team, I'll never play this cash grab again. It's mind-blowing to think I was able to build an entire team up to an 88 in just a few days in MLB in early access, & can't manage to get a reward greater than 88 in Madden when it's at the end of it's cycle. I'll play regs with friends but I'm never supporting MUT again. Total eye opener!

EA’s lack of respect for the player base is insane and the amount of bugs, issues and the fact that MUT is getting worse each year instead of better. I mean I’m getting close myself.

Regardless, if opening packs that don't give you more than an 88 is more exciting than playing the game then it's time to hang it up. This modes just not it anymore, onto the show.

Absolutely. You guys aren't gonna troll me into reconsidering this game. MUT is the absolute worst. It's not like I'm fishing for some crazy card to help my team, my team was stacked and I got bored, the content is so boring and unrewarding that I sought out to bust 1m in training and packs just to have some entertainment out of this game and as always EA dicks you. My main point is I was able to build a higher overall team in three days of MLB early access than I was able to pull a card above that team rating in a game where 98s 99s are present but apparently you're having a hard time grasping the point.

No, I’m grasping your point, it’s just wildly emotional and not logical. EA is like a casino, if you walk into a casino and lose 100 dollars in a slot machine, it’s not the casinos fault you lost.

I'm aware EA is a casino and that's why I'm done with it. I don't see how walking away from a game that 99% of the time gives you nothing for rewards is wildly emotional and not logical. If your fine with the game good for you.

I totally feel u my dude , ppl like being rude on here for no reason it's not emotional or illogical if that's how YOU feel my G lmao it's a game and ppl on this site take things very serious , idk how ur opinion sparked so many comments but if u need a break take 1 , I'm playing dead island 2 and Lies of P rite now and damn man great games

I really enjoy Hell Let Loose, MLB, & Rocket League. I don't think it's gonna be a break this time though. I'm just gonna do h2h regs and leave it at that. I haven't tried dead island 2 yet I may have to look into that

i mean I definitely agree the pack odds are trash and have always been trash. But it’s really really hard for me to believe you spent 1 million coins and 1 million training on packs and didn’t at least pull a few 90s.  I mean pro max fantasy alone spit out 89 and 90s like crazy in the last round.  Not saying a 90 would be much better but in that high of a sample size I really just dont believe that you didn’t get anything higher than an 88. Unless you were opening gold player packs or max fantasy but they aren’t even in the store

I fully support anyone in their decision to not play the game.  Life is too short to do something voluntarily that brings you SO little pleasure.  What always confuses me is peoples need to come on here and tell everyone that they are quitting the game??   We didn't know you were playing in the first place, and certainly don't care if you stop playing.  Just log off, delete the game from your console and move on.  Sounds like you will be happier for it.

The only thing crazier than that are the same 3 or 4 people that comment on every one of these types of threads saying that "they are almost ready to quit as well".  Play the freaking game or don't.
