Question for EA

If I can’t get my measly 2k QS or my random strat pack and my dailes don’t track to eventually

complete an objective to get XP and level

up, why would I even contemplate logging into your game.

Fix the game!!!

Well you see it's not giving out ltds left and right so they pretty much don't get a crap. Wasn't the ceo or something talking about A.I. taking over down the road or something seems like this game is already ran mostly via A.I.

It's also ridiculous to still be receiving season on strategy items at this point in the game.

Its also BS we dont have normal Legendary Strat cards in game for season 5 like we did Purples & Blues

I don't know how things normally work. I haven't bought Madden since 05. I thought what the hell I'll buy it this year. Haven't been impressed and highly doubt I'll pay for this garbage again

For the most part its been ok but when you have shit done on Purpose it really does piss you off ya know

Wait, is this still happening today too? Haven't jumped on today. It's also been like two full weeks since we got shorted on UL packs from the comp pass. This company clearly doesn't care about it's players or the game itself.  Just their bottom line.

Almost every single house rules event has been broke at some point this year, pretty sure dailies not tracking was an issue earlier this year, Ridley makerights, Kelce makerights, mystery packs, UL/comp pass mistakes, my run to superbowl event didn't track progress for a full week, there's people that still say they never got their pre-order points....and EA just flat out doesn't care and has no reason to fix it quickly or properly.

Personally spent almost 2 months of daily contact with EA, live chat, help tickets, etc to try and get what I earned. Was literally told EA help doesn't issue compensation and doesn't have the ability or resources to investigate issues. 

In short, the only reason this game isn't completely dead is because they have exclusive rights to teams and player likeness, if any other company ever had a shot, this game is toast. EA is a cesspool. Greedy, lazy and absolutely does not care about its players or game.

Cool, cool, cool. So it is indeed day 2 for me as well. EA is terrible

Yeah I make sure and do my dailies at the very least every single day, at least track that the rewards as far as a small coin QS and Strat item are w/e but track my progress for xp and I will keep logging on everyday. I will stop logging on daily and buying bundles from them if I don’t get my progress and season level up. I know I’m just one player, but I have spent some serious dough on this game LTD hunting I am who they want playing.
