Who’s the best budget RB option?

For ~100k coins (or less) you probably can't go wrong with Derrick Henry or perhaps the Peyton Hillis.  Basically anything with Angry Runs is going to be better than every other RB in the entire game.  It can be extremely frustrating to play against.

Be sure to check and compare prices between these Redux options linked above and the "rental" prices on the actual LTD cards.  Buying an LTD at or near ~400k will ultimately be cheaper in the long run, depending on if you have the coins available to invest up front.

Aye man, appreciate it! Henry was one of the guys i was looking in to, others being Ricky Williams and Saquon Barkley.

If your halfback doesn't get Angry Runs (that starts ON, or activates fairly easily), there's quite possibly better options out there.  Henry isn't going to get you amazing jukes and outside Stretch style runs, but he's gonna rumble over basically anyone and everyone... shy of perhaps that Bo Jackson (ROLB) with Secure Tackler.  And Henry's Persistent ability makes it extremely difficult to remove the X-factor while it's active.

I haven't used either, but i might suggest  Peyton Hillis is even better than King Henry, as he also gets the really good juke move, which should/will make him a better pure runner than Derrick.  And he's cheaper, as well... which never hurts.
