Things have been bad so far. Daily eggs aren't being rewarded, Andrew Thomas isn't even in the game yet, several stats aren't tracking for me (and I'd assume others). Add on the Daily Objectives not tracking for most players, and no Week 4 objectives, and things are even more of a mess than normal.

Check again. Week 4 objectives just showed up.

My son and I had initially planned to stick with MUT until after the draft, but I think we're both at the point where we are ready to move on. I logged on last night and added Nelson Agholor to our Eagles TT, upgraded the Team Captains to 97 OVR, played a solo battle to do the daily season and comp. pass objectives, and turned it off. We spent a fair bit of money on MUT this year, but this first release of Sugar Rush has left us feeling a little disappointed and without the drive to continue the grind. He's graduating high school in May and then he's off to college in August, so we have a lot to do in these next 5 months. Not feeling like a slave to MUT is probably going to be a good thing...
I don’t think Thomas shows up until part 2, I was surprised when there were 5 set cards instead of 4, think they accidentally revealed one early

That would be the only thing that makes sense at this point.

Bravo to you both and congrats on your son's looming graduation. On to bigger and better things. I'll never forgive EA for robbing me of this experience while my son is still just 10 years old. The game has been in such a buggy, frustrating mess of a state that we were barely able to sit down and play together when he was younger, as the games inevitably left him in borderline tears with all of the glaring issues. At least we could get through 4 quarters of NBA2K without massive, game-breaking bugs and glitches.
The NFL is potentially missing out on an entire generation of kids who would otherwise be completely and totally infatuated with the sport, as I was / still am, after many many years with Tecmo Bowl / Tecmo Super Bowl, prior to and leading up to my initial Madden years.
I respect and admire the choice you both are making to step away and focus on the truly important stuff. Hopefully you'll have a lifetime of bonding over your shared admiration of these modern gladiators. Nothing quite hits liek the NFL, in my opinion... despite my often tedious relationship with the league and especially with the sad state of this game/franchise.

Thank you for the extremely kind words. I’m sure we’ll both return for the next edition of the game – we’ll have to figure out how to manage a shared MUT team when we’re no longer living in the same house, but it feels like now is probably the right time to step away from MUT 24.
