Is this the worst Madden has been since 19?

6. Your team can't run the ball. 

7. WR runs bad/slow routes

Anyways,  its always been this way, but this year they really kicked it up a notch. 

I think I'll play on a seldom basis after Easter. 

Other issues:

1. The season passes are bad.

 2. 

Rewards are bad. 

3. There is no Weekend League. 

4. Dollar defense stops the run against jumbo sets. 

5. WR stops their routes randomly 

6. WR running out of bounds while running their route

7. I personally dont care for the animations, especially the animations-basee pocket movement with your QB

8. Using the sprint button on offense attracks your opponents defenders to shed blocks. I dont understand EAs logic behind that. When a RB is carrying the ball its "see hole, explode (sprint) through hole"....but not in John Madden football. 

9. Speed gets nerfed, whenever the game says so. 

10. Animations are awful and need to go away.  Why? Because it takes away user movement. User movement is a big part separating skill. 

11. Hard to layer passes over linebackers. As I've mentioned before, the spacing and ball trajectory need to be revamped. Concepts like "stick" should be easier and spread out more to make them more effective, especially when EA has a limited pass rush block shed timer. Most say EA won't give you time to throw deep very often. Its true from my experience. Thats fine, because deep 1-play TDs rarely happen in real football. However,  i believe shorter passing concepts should be given more room. To me, the field seems really condensed for these concepts to be effective. Stick, slant-flat, etc...

Lots of things wrong and lots of incompetence running the show. Unfortunately, its all the NFL has given the masses to play.

Glad I saw this. Experiencing the same BS and it has ramped up to an all time high the past few weeks.

Yes, this as well. 

And, as I have mentioned, the greatest madden player ever, as of now, loses games by only 7 points to a YouTube streamer that isnt even a top 100 player....

I mean, what does that say?

In m22 and m23 I was a top 100 player easy. With my internet service provider not figuring out why I have such awful input lag. 

This year I wouldn't call myself that. But I'm still above an average player...with same awful input lag.

Because there’s no moral weight to running gun bunch man, if you legit feel it’s morally wrong to do so go outside

Oh dude EAs servers are ass. They’re not as bad as they were like madden 21 old gen but you’d think EA would manage to figure out how to host an online game without lagging causing us to be unable to kick field goals etc

i think part of our disagreement comes from the fact that I’m just not as angry about the issues with the game as some people. if I ever found myself getting as angry as some people at the game I’d quit. Idk how y’all stay mad at something so long, not you specifically surgical just the community in general

When you know doing  " such and such"  gives you an unfair advantage against your opponent because the AI cant register or react to it, and you run it into the ground then yes morals come into play.  

And we both know we aint talking about Gun Bunch here so dont be trying to move goal posts.

a) there’s no strategy or formation in the game that gives an unfair advantage because no one is forced not to run a certain scheme

b) what are you talking about then? Most people whine about gun bunch, 6-1 and dollar a gaps - all of which everyone can counter as well as run themselves. If you could let me know what gives an unfair advantage I’m happy to give you some pointers

My input lag is bad enough to where it would be unplayable for most people. I cant even user most of the time or get adjustments in. My QB is late to throw. I dont know. I've had techs out 4 times and they tell me all is good. 

If I was planning on playing a lot soon I'd have them out again. I'll be quite busy shortly here..so...

But I will say when EA had their server outage and then it came back online, and likely there wasn't a lot of people on....everything was running smooth as butter. Gameplay, menus, etc. 

So maybe my ISP is correct and nothing is wrong? 

I find that hard to believe because its bad enough to where I dont think most would even play. 

Anyways, I'm rambling. 

Maybe it is EA servers to a degree. Idk.

Btw..i dont get mad...just pointing things out about the game.

Oh yeah I even said not you specifically about getting mad. More talking about like brewerblue -ish guys who just like to complain and refuse to back it up when people make reasonable points. For me I experience lag basically any time I’m not wired. I have no issues when wired, but I know some people do

as for the guys stopping that’s frustrating as hell for me. I generally just get mad for a couple seconds and forget about it, try to focus on winning the game

You’re really gonna ignore the times you’ve had an inferior opponent down 2 scores under 2 minutes all the sudden start having -5 to -10 OVR players stock catch in triple coverage? Maybe you want to alter the terminology but “dynamic difficulty adjustment” is an obvious explanation when the dice sliders start favoring one player at 9:1 odds and their opponent at 1:9 odds.
