Not flooded yet. I'm seeing #575 on Xbox, so there's still a few hundred to claim, then it'll be flooded, then dry up. I agree.

If anyone completed all of the solo battles objectives weekly, then won 15 MUT Champs games in at least three of the weeks, along with some H2H CP, you'd have been able to complete following last week's reset.
