Does anyone know for sure how to get the strategy item that boosts kicker chem? Do you just have to get very lucky upgrading 5 uncommon into rare or can it also be found exchanging 2 rare for choice of 10? If so does it matter offense or defense choices?

I had one many months ago into this Madden cycle. Got rid of it almost immediately.
The 99 punters and kickers will arrive when they arrive.

It's a defensive card so it would potentially be in the rare defensive fantasy pack
