The only current Viking player with a 97 is Jefferson. That you can only get through the competitive season pass.

the 97 Jefferson is also auctionable. But this hasn't been a theme team type of year - it's been promo theme team based instead. The Panthers only have 1 auctionable player at 96 and it's Steve Smith.

Yes, EA has definitely been trying very very hard, and succeeding at getting people to focus on promo theme teams.

i was meaning u…..why would u take woolen for a vikings theme team……if u really want to build it so badly just take phillips…….i did a hybrid rams/chargers team this year so i had two teams to build upon and choose from with these free packs

oh yeah - lol. i just filtered by current Panthers. i assumed that's what the OP was talking about - because there are a lot more 96-97's that get Vikings chem than what OP states.
