Can’t open packs on the app because an error message comes up. Bug or did something bad just happen on my phone?

Companion App has been trash since the middle/end of Madden 23. Haven't even attempted to use it since the beginning of this year, I'd chalk it up the app being trash.

I think you can find App Modilimitado versions that support the features so you can fix the error
