90-91 PU card does everybody get one?

I have disassembled all my power up players searching for my 90-91 PU card to use on my Suh card. Turns out it doesn't exist. Does everyone earn a 90-91 PU? I have higher and lower, but no 90-91.

Lotta lost training. Try using the powerup pass tracker next year

Definitely will keep track from now on. What really sucks is after wasting all that training it doesn't even exist. I have no idea why I never received one.

its A 91-92 pass

so it might e on a 92 players… 

its 89-90

91-92

93-94 then single levels
