Could someone explain how BND players work. I buy players from the auction house and put them in my lineup then I can never sell them again. I don’t understand how to make coins if you can never sell players you buy. I know you can sell players you get from packs but even when I get players from packs and put them in my lineup they turn BND. Someone please explain

take any upgrades off them and they become able to be sold
They become BND once you add training points and or abilities and team chemistry refund it and remove it and you can sell them. If you bought it off auction it is not a permanent BND though if it came as a one it remains one

This is super confusing (at least it was to me as a new player), i had the exact same question or issue figuring out how BND cards work. Thankfully you already got your answer, however there is a bit more nuance to this -- some cards are issued as "NAT" (not available for trade), meaning they are account bound. Once in blue moon we can quicksell these players for Training value, but others will remain stuck in our binders.
But yes, for any cards you purchased from the Auction House, you'll be able to upgrade them by paying 5 Training, the process is the same/similar to remove those upgrades, however you'll only receive 3 out of the 5 Training you originally invested, as there is a 20% tax... because EA's greed knows no bounds. Pay for the card, pay for the ability, pay to remove... bleh.
