What do the new showtime tokens do?

Each Champion has 2 in-game objectives on the Field Pass that reward upgrade tokens once completed. The first token unlocks the player's Tier 1 Showtime X-Factor. The second token unlocks the player's Tier 2 Showtime X-Factor and Custom 3 ability bucket.
