Nobody knows, but 91 & 95s are a safe bet.
- 91 Fantasy Pack -- exchange x5 88-89s
- 95 Fantasy Pack -- exchange 5x 91 OVR RoH players and 2x any 92-93 OVR
- 98 Fantasy Pack -- exchange any 3x 95 OVR and 2x 95 OVR RoH
- 99 Fantasy Pack -- exchange 2x any 98 OVR RoH Champion players

The no BND 98s back kill these sets. That was such a great bonus last year, especially on the upper tiered sets.

It definitely was nice but we havent seen it all year so you definitely knew it wasn’t coming back and making an appearance for this promo

Definitely Agree with you. was one of the better features but of course they get rid of anything that benefits us
