What brilliant worker at EA made RPO, Options, and Jukes OP?

Anyone know which brilliant EA worker made this game so any 2 year old can play it?

This game in a nutshell right now:

1. Wing Stack stretch RPO

2. Any RPO

3. Options that freeze your defenders and give easy yards and walk-in touchdowns 

4. Jukes that freeze your defenders and your users controlled player.....

No skill needed to play this game.

Now I know why I seldomly play. Seems this weekend all I see is the things listed above. For me, it wasn't as bad as many here were mentioning until this weekend. Its like all I get matched up with is the above no-skill.players now. Like EA infected my gamer tag to force me to play these talentless players over and over again. 

Tried to look into putting a bunch of players with the "Unfakeable" ability on defense....yeah....cost too much AP. 

Seriously, this game is can be played by an piece of drywall...thats how much skill it takes to play and how badly EA has taken away the user and pursuit of defenders with plays and abilities that give you no shot at defending it. 

Simulation football, baby!

Idk how many times i make a good read, cut off the edge, call a contain, call a spy, etc and still get fucked because of abilities or ridiculous jukes. The fact you can juked and 2-3 guys just do the same thing really ruins the game and makes it arcade. The offense doesn't take any sort of thinking anymore. Call an RPO and either have lit up Bo for easy yards or throw it and freeze the defense up. Really bad

EA makes it so  ANYONE can pick up a controller, win and spend money.

Kids dont understand the concept of money, but they understand winning and losing.  which is why Madden is specifically targeted towards them.
