and the reason “well you didn’t get banned for nothing” doesn’t mean shit as i have already been banned twice for nothing? and both times i appealed EA reversed it and said my account was clean…

If they can't provide a full description of the case (including proof of transgression), feel free to take them to an arbitrary case (it is FREE for EA customers as they pay for it according to the ToS, doesn't require you to have a lawyer and it's REALLY easy to do).

Free compensation and EA loses money without you even leaving your house (you have to send one letter).

Don't listen to all those weak-minded sheep telling you that you did something and there is nothing you can do to overturn it. They simply don't have the balls to fight for what's theirs.

EA is known for banning without a reason across their entire product portfolio, because no one does anything about it. Simply check all the forums/reddits and you will find hundreds of cases like this across the last decade.

Arbitrary case gets you anything you might ask for in terms of compensation and there is nothing they can do about it. Be smart and aggressive about the letter you sent to their legal department. I have done it once back in Madden 22 and it works like a charm. Not a single ban since.

PS.

Sending a letter is the ONLY way you can contact an actual EA employee. EA Help is run by different company that makes their employees act as EA "agents" and they don't have any authority over admin tools to mess with your account.

3 times is wild. Even if you're not doing "anything" there's something in your gaming pattern that triggers the auto ban bots.

Maybe you did something, maybe you didn’t, but one thing you are more likely to catch than anything is haters and people spouting off opinions based off not knowing any context. Providing context is very important, if it’s unflattering just don’t start a thread unless you can prove your innocence, otherwise you will get mostly accusation. The mut community likes being right more than anything and they mostly don’t care about anyone else but them.
