Yes, Sherman has a PUP.

He's actually had one the entire year, but EA took the card out of rotation before the game released. It's a 68 OVR.

I know you get it from the set (I did), but unsure if its in packs. Would assume so.

OOP Deion works like the other OOP cards, and has no PUP, but you can upgrade him w/ TP and change his team chems to SF there.
