Dude I know I’m not the only one who didn’t get the Ring of Honor welcome pack John Madden or a golden ticket/ opportunity pack. Obviously I’ve reset my game, even deleted it and reinstalled it. I just wanna know what ppl will think EA will do to fix that

I didn’t get it either unfortunatel, hopefully EA will give out makerights but at this point i have no idea, they may just try to sweep it under the rug

Trying to open a ticket with EA is near impossible. I followed all the instructions and I still can't open one. I emailed them and I see the ticket in My Tickets but it was auto closed and it won't let me resume it.

I doubt they do that.
It was a weekend. Once the week starts, they would probably re-issue Madden to everyone.
Something similar happened before with a RB, and I think they re-issued a BND version to everyone that can not be quick sold.

Why can't EA just come out on social media and explain the situation to its community. If it's an honest mistake, people will forget about it soon enough. We are at 4 days right now, there is zero reason to not address this
