Any certain game mode? Try restarting your game/console.

Crossplay enabled?

With crossplay I usually get my game within seconds 90% of the time. When I do not crossplay (xbox) I don't have to wait 50% of the time, 25% wait 25-58 secs, 20% over a minute, 5% over 2 min.
