not preorder but I bought the deluxe version of madden and never got my stuff, maybe it’ll be there later but still angry about that.

also I’m on Xbox new gen and I had this problem too when I purchased points specifically from the Xbox marketplace, I don’t know how to fix it though.

That’s crazy ive been missing my preorder points since August. It’d sure be nice if that was there cause that was most important. I got all the dumb cards they gave but not the points I paid for. Won’t hold my breath tho
