What do you guys do when someone pauses and does NOT quit?

It's so frustrating when a cheese player pauses and does not quit and the then EA glitches and does not start the 30 second clock.

Is there anything we can do beside giving the game to the cheese player?

I concede...you state "It's so frustrating"...and it can be...if you let it.  I don't log on and play strangers to instill life lessons to them.  If they want the game they can have it.

I mean, if I am up by a lot, and he is blatantly being a jackass (and by that I mean not pausing the game cause he had to go the washroom or something) then I just do it right back. Also if this occurring while I am on defense I just will literally  just put the controller down and go on my phone or do a quick chore. By then, they have typically quit.

I typically try to wait 3-5 minutes, if they arent unpaused by then i just report them and move on with my life

For the pause glitch if you hold the B button on Xbox when you are at waiting to resume window for like 30 seconds it should pop you back into the game. Works everytime I have tried it.

Thanks, I've done a little "research". I just saw the "o" button on PS5. Just like you said, hold for 30 seconds. I'll try this, thanks..
