This. He's good against the run and against the pass. 0 AP for Secure Protector and Linchpin is huge.

How far back are you dropping back or drifting out
For RG, this depends on your budget. UL Larry Allen’s price finally dropped to my target, but you might not have a million coins to blow on a lineman.
I’d been rolling with ZC Larry Allen for almost four months now. He was OK, but would get blown up by X-Factor defensive tackles.
Anybody with secure protector is the move on o line
How much does it cost to get him with the good ability stack without the GF tokens?
Dan Dierdorf has surprisingly done well for me, and holds his edge well.
Will shields holds his blocks for a surprising amount of time and at sub 25k is the best budget option

The 90
Mike Onwenu 98 OVR with secure protector and all day for total of 1 AP. He’s the truth.
I'm using Havestein on the end at RT with SP and All Day. Since Onwenu is much faster than Havenstein, I rotated him to the LG spot with the same stack. Since I added All Day to my two guards and Havenstein on the end, I notice I get a ton more time in the pocket.
