If you want a new QB I would grab Anthony Richardson for 370k. Or you could get Will Levis for 365k. Levis is fun because you can use an X-Factor like Run n' Gun because he doesn't fumble. Also, he breaks every tackle. His stats are release are identical to Aaron Rodgers and his running stats are identical to Josh Allen. Your last week point on your team is kicker. You can really get any kicker who has 96 kick power. Also, I enjoy kickers that have 80 SPD. Kickers are sneakily valuable when your down late in the game and need to kick a long field goal. You also get 3 AP for special teams which you can use on them or your punter.

If you're looking to sell vick, I would pick up 97 Anthony richardson for close to 300k. Other then that a dt 2 would help a lot for you too. But just make sure to run inside stuff on your d tackles.
