I'm all for not signing-up for the demonic grift that are unions, but Caleb Williams wasn't the best collegiate player. He's been an obvious bust for awhile now, and I'll be around in about 18 months to collect when everyone else catches-up to that reality.

This isn't an EA thing, this is an NFLPA thing. Both players haven't signed their contracts with the NFLPA yet. Through the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the NFLPA and NFL is how EA gets their name and likeness, since the game is licensed by both the NFLPA and the NFL. While EA has many issues this one isn't on them.

But is this Issue the sticking point for the Caleb and Marvin camps and why they haven’t sign!

Is he the first player in NFL history to say hey 👋 if yall plan on hocking off my image and likeness cut the check cause obviously 🙄 him and Marvin Jr not signing yet for a reason especially considering w/Marvin he all ready knew he had to sign because of his father so obviously there’s a reason why he hasn’t JS

The constant comparing of him to Mahomes is obnoxious. He ran around a lot in an awful defensive conference to try and make highlight reels, holding onto the ball for hours at a time. If he did that in the SEC, it wouldn't work. He plays like kids playing football together, just running around to show-off, not extending plays with a purpose. I don't think he has some elite-level of accuracy like other QBs coming out of college have had. The magical and convenient forgetting of the talking-heads that he's 6'1 while they've done nothing but bash other QBs for being a similar size says a lot. And then there's the personality concerns. The talking-heads can make garbage excuses and hand-wave all they want, it'll be a problem. This "guy" kept painting his nails and talking shit, only to get rolled over. Jumping into the stands to cry in your mom's arms after a regular season loss is pathetic. Telling people, "I just want to go home and hold my dog," is something I'd expect from a teenage girl.

The coaching in Chiraq isn't elite, so they'll be gone in a year. The OL is, at best, below-average. Their defense couldn't stop a nose bleed. Caleb's going to try and play Hero Ball and it'll get ugly. Then the guys in the locker room will get annoyed in general. Caleb will have some antics and annoy guys further. Chiraq will get a new HC and staff, things will quiet down a bit. Then the Bears will still be bad come November, Caleb will do more stupid shit, and we'll see plenty of reports of guys in the locker room getting tired of Caleb's garbage.

I've never denied that the kid has talent, but his issues are that he's gonna have a major reality-check playing in the NFL the way he has his whole life, Chiraq's a team allergic to competence, and Caleb's antics, at best, thoroughly annoy every man on the planet. If you wanna be treated like a man, then act like one.

The Heisman's very often a joke, so I don't really care. If it always went to the most deserving player, then sure, but it doesn't (not that Caleb didn't earn it in '22). Y'all are just lagging behind seeing what people like me have seen for years now. That's fine, just remember that in 18 months.

And no one ever ragged him for "loving his mom," it's the fact that he acts like a teenage girl when he wants to be treated like a man. If the worst thing on him was having a pink phone case, no one would care. But when he paints his nails like a girl, paints his nails to talk shit and gets popped in the mouth on the field, jumps the bleachers to cry in his mom's arms on live TV after a regular season loss, tells reporters, "I just wanna go home and cuddle my dog," etc. then I'm not the insane one for saying, "Yea, those are red flags for me." And I'm not saying this is a unique issue with him, there are plenty of guys in their teens and 20's who act like this, yet want everyone else to think they're a man. They're not, and normal people aren't going to be gaslit into believing that nonsense.
